The convention caters to industry leaders and therefore cover a broad spectre of strategic issues, ranging across the supply chain, from raw materials to retail and from sourcing and supply chain management to retail and branding.

'Transforming Fashion Together'

The conference program consists of a keynote speaker who will be giving a general overview of key developments in the industry. The following panel discussions will elaborate on the various aspects relating to the key note speech and, of course, the convention theme ‘Transforming Fashion Together’.

Creating better supply chains together:

How should we redefine the buyer-supplier relationship to enable supply chains to deliver a more sustainable product, with better conditions for its people and better profitability for the companies. Aspecial focus will be given to innovation in supply chain relations better at generating capital and on global standards such as STTI and the OECD’s due diligence guidance.

We need to make this session practical and action oriented. IAF is working on an MoU with Aii. Reaching climate goals must be presented as a supply chain challenge that cannot be solved through purely transactional relationships but that needs true partnerships and investments by all parties involved. It needs a clear direction so investments are focused. It needs a clear picture of return on investments and of the availability of capital.

Education and Digitalisation

A more digitalized industry is a prerequisite for a more profitable and for a more sustainable industry.
